The Nominating Committee is responsible for filling empty seats on the board as promptly as possible after they become available. In order to do this, the committee may look for candidates and keep them on file even when no seats are empty. The committee also supervises the annual board elections. There are no specific volunteer positions within this committee; to volunteer, just contact the chair.
