Is your organization having trouble making use of its computers, the Free-Net, or Internet resources due to lack of training? Is your Web site months out of date because no one knows how to maintain it? Is your online discussion forum sitting stagnant because potential participants aren't online?
Twin Cities Free-Net offers computer classes to solve just these kinds of problems! For just $50 ($30 for TCFN member organizations) you'll get two hours of hands-on training at the location of your choice on topics like these:
"You explained complex ideas in a creative and logical way. I have heard the same lecture before, and this was much better, without the student loans." --Kevin Wick, satisfied student
"I liked the historical background. Your explanations of how computers communicate and how the Internet works were very helpful to giving me the big conceptual understandings in order to organize my practical understanding." --Serge Oliver, satisfied student
"Thank you! Without you, I wouldn't know a thing about HTML. As it is, I have no less than 3 sites up and running at the moment." --Steve Hardy, satisfied student
"The training was excellent! [The tutor was] an asset to your agency. I'm thinking of sending him a thank-you card." --anonymous satisfied student
Restrictions: Classes must take place within the Twin Cities metro area. At least two students must attend each class. If you charge admission, Twin Cities Free-Net receives 20% of profits above the first $30. Twin Cities Free-Net must be named in any publicity for the classes.
To arrange a class, contact the General Manager at genmanager@tcfreenet.org or leave a message at 651-256-2112.
