The neighborhood (nbhd-tc) mailing list is for the discussion of neighborhood issues in the Twin Cities and is a means of sharing and drawing on the experience of other neighborhoods. The latter is done by providing a forum to ask how others have dealt with specific problems. The list is maintained by Fred H. Olson.
