St. Paul Issues Forum

St. Paul Issues Forum is an online announcement and discussion forum on public issues in St. Paul. Discussions of a substantial and respectful nature are expected on this city-wide issue-based forum.

Discussion topics include agenda items or issues that you feel should be addressed by:

This Forum is also intended to be a place for neighborhoods and Community District Councils to discuss issues, ask advice, share opinions, and generally organize.

Official bodies and civic organizations are highly encouraged to make meeting announcements, agendas, and information on new online resources available.

General discussions among St. Paulites outside the charter scope must be taken to other online forums. This community forum welcomes and encourages a diversity of opinions and backgrounds. This forum is about open exchange and information sharing and not about being right with one's ideology. Attempts to "win" an online discussion are discouraged. Remember: in this particular forum, we are all neighbors!

By participating via web on the Twin Cities Free-Net caucus system or by subscribing via e-mail, you agree to abide by the charter, and the rules and guidelines which are listed below. Please note that you have a choice of your preferred method of participation - web or e-mail. The e-mail participation is different than a basic e-mail discussion list, but is easy to learn. Full instructions will be sent to you upon subscribing.
