Chazz Vader
blog and podcasts
"All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy", or something like that. Part of being a tech geek includes using new and interesting internet tools. With a love of communication (Stu always dreamed of owning and running a radio station), a blog and podcasts combination seemed to fit nicely with these ambitions.

Chazz Vader is an alias created while living in Northfield, MN, and doesn't really have any significant meaning, other than it sounded cool at the time, and Stu stuck with it. At the pseudonym's site, Chazz speaks of whatever is on his mind for this week. Sometimes random thoughts and observations, but other times he sticks to the themes - "The Renaissance Man Project", setting goal (long term and daily), project tracking and review, and making habits become behaviors and conduct, which ultimately become the ideals and dogma of a person.
The current "Renaissance project" being recorded on the Chazz Vader blog is his weight loss project. Determined to lose 1/2 my his largest weight of 500lbs, he writes about observations of a shinking man.
What can you learn from a man who is losing 250 lbs of fat? Hopefully, you may gain understanding of how to approach a project and achieve goals over time. These are meant to be hopeful, inspiring and energizing, speaking about setting and achieving meaningful, realistic goals and improving our lives. Topics will include actions, rituals, routines, manners, and constitution of people who are achieving the goals in their lives. Don't take my word for it, read these references:
"I was inspired by Chazz Vader's hopeful, inspiring and energizing
blog, which talks about setting and achieving meaningful, realistic
goals. I wanted to be a better father and husband. I thought, "What
incentives have driven me to achievement?" So I set up a grading system”

"Awesome. I showed my kids your blog and they were VERY impressed
with your hard work and I used that as a lesson when they are tired in
their various practices to think of what you've accomplished and dig a
little deeper. I think you'd be amazed and pleasantly surprised what
your actions help others accomplish. I have no doubt you are
causing significantly greater motivation for others around you. I'm
extremely impressed with your dedication and commitment to your goals.
Fantastic.”
